    • Depending on your profile, we will assign you to one of our projects.
    • Your job will be to transform requirements and technical descriptions into executable software based on some of the Power Platform technologies. The descriptions will arrive broken down into tasks in Azure DevOps, which you must first estimate and then complete. At the end of the sprint or task group, you’ll need to test everything, document it, and deploy it to production. The previous design will always be done by a Solution Architect or a Senior Developer, and you will always be asked for input and have a say in technical decisions.
    • Depending on the project, a QA will help us check that everything works well and there are no regressions.
    • You will participate in the daily team meetings, and in the workshops in which we do demos and the client tells us what he thinks of what we have built and gives us information about what we have to develop next.
    • Team meetings, communications and documentation are in English, so we will ask you for a conversational level. We will give you reinforcement classes if you need it.
    • Fundamentally because we are small, we are growing and we are flexible. The fact of being small allows us to have a close and personalized treatment with our team. We do not have a management layer with which we have to consult decisions and see the impact on our annual target. If you need anything, you say it (if we don’t tell you before), we talk about it and if it makes sense we adapt. Hassle-free.
